Angina Strikes at Spitalfields, Update

It may have been the hot spicy pho at Pho, the Vietnamese restaurant, that did it. Perhaps the coffee? Or the conversation about politics that raised the blood pressure....

Or following my friend Paul, the serious cyclist, on foot round the back streets of Spitalfields?

But it was horrible and disappointing, even though I had my GTN spray.

It made me realise that although the condition has been much better controlled, it hasn't gone away.

All the more reason to work on the fitness - and stick to the low fat, non dairy veggie diet.

By the way, did you know that Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese leader during the war with the west had worked in a local pub in Ealing?

Perhaps the pho, in Pho, wasn't the cause of the angina. ( It was tasty, by the way).

The Carrera is waiting outside. Angina, the battle's not over, yet. Let's see what a few circuits round the parks achieve!

Update

The bike ride went fine. However, the angina from yesterday was a reminder that although the condition is being better managed, it's still there. Especially straight after a meal, even though it was pho, even from Pho.
