I've taken the increased dose of Ranalozine, with a side of order of Amlodopine, with my usual Nicorandil, Asprinin and Ramipril for breakfast and have been for a briskish walk.
I would normally have had angina pain and had to use my GTN spray, the only product that has worked recently, but I didn't need it!
Could be progress, a bit early to say. More soon!
