We’ve grown from 4 to 50 people. Gone from 1 weekly class to 6.

ECG has become a thriving community.

Me?

My anxiety was terrible but I didn’t realise it. 

I now know how to mitigate anxiety

Fearful of the future now?  Well, not so much.

My angina is better managed.

I sorted out my cholesterol level, too. That made me feel better about myself!

The exercises have not just boosted my confidence - they’ve helped stabilise my condition.
