It's five years or so since I rode my trusty and slightly rusty Peugeot bike, a present from Allie for my 50th.
But here's a photo of part of me, with the bike in the local park.
Angina wasn't present on this occasion, mercifully!

After the withdrawal of financial support from Ealing Hospital for the weekly exercise sessions for local people with stable cardiac conditions, members are determined to fund the sessions themselves and get local people involved, too.
We will continue to use the William Hobbayne Centre in Hanwell for the group sessions - which will be held on Thursdays at 5.15 and last about an hour.
Participants have their blood pressure and heart rate checked both before and after the workouts which are tailored to suit those of us with heart conditions.
The exercise is run by and monitored by trained professionals.
Membership is open to anyone with stable heart disease, like angina, or those who want to help prevent heart disease through exercise.
There's a weekly fee of about £5.
If you'd like to talk to us about joining, you're very welcome to pop in.
We knew it was likely to happen. The sessions were part funded by us patients and there is no budget for exercise any more. We are a casualty of the chaos in the NHS.
We are hoping to keep the group going by funding it ourselves so we will need more members paying about a fiver a session.
The sessions will be Thursday evenings in Hanwell, Ealing.
I'll post more soon.
Had to reach for the GTN spray on my walk to the pharmacy....
