Heard about the Angina Plan?

I've heard back from Jessica of the Angina Plan team and I've got some prices and a PDF to send to my GP.

There are now 2 million angina patients in the UK, many of whom are left to the mercy of GPs.

It's very inexpensive to train a facilitator and I'd like to become one. More soon.
