As some of you long suffering readers will know, I've followed a largely plant based diet for 18th months. I've not gone vegan yet but I think I'd like to. Well soon.
It would be great, for me, if Quorn removed egg white from its products. Then I will have cracked it.
I went veggie to help stop my heart disease getting worse and to test the claims that the condition could be reversed. The jury's still out on that. I have enjoyed the change and I've felt good about it.
But now the Conscience and her family are here - which is wonderful - but now I learn that my green credentials aren't good enough. I've been eating products with palm oil in them. Not much mind you, because I try to keep my fat intake to an absolute minimum.
What's the solution? I'll have to ask my Conscience. Back soon.
